1. Agreement to Terms

The digital platform, engineering assets, proprietary algorithms, and architectural specifications provided on this domain are the exclusive property of Zyvarah Informatics and its licensors. Client deliverables and codebases are transferred pursuant to individual Master Services Agreements (MSA).

3. Engineering Engagements & SOWs

Any software engineering, system architecture, or operational managed service engaged through Zyvarah Informatics is governed by a dedicated Statement of Work (SOW) specifying deliverables, acceptance testing criteria, warranties, and service level agreements (SLAs).

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Zyvarah Informatics, nor its officers, engineers, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of initial website browsing or unsanctioned use of public engineering documentation.
